EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Just another Freek Friday and I have my Benchmade Freek with M4 blade in my pocket for the day.

Here in the PNW it’s been a cooler, windy and wet🙁. The ground didn’t get warm enough to germinate seeds but I threw in the tomatoes on Mother’s Day 🤗. Things are starting to explode after a couple of warm weeks, let’s hope that this keeps on going😉.
Nice!
I'm jealous being winter here miss home grown.

I'm posting late this evening even though I took today's pics earlier in the day and was just hangin' around this evening not doin' much of anything. Most of the afternoon I worked on prepping a document relative to settling with our neighbor up north regarding her timber trespass on our land and, though unfinished, I did a little editing on it tonight along with the Saturday WSJ crossword and some general web crawling.

Anyway, today I stayed with another nat Micarta Spydie, this one the Millie 2 in CruWear. I like this one a lot, but honestly it's really more of a giant PM2 to me than it is a true Military. This one is basically identical to my CruCarta Para 2 save for its larger size. For all my years wishing for a tip-up Millie, I've always been fond of my tip-down models and still have 3 of the 5 I've owned, having sold two, and have gifted a couple others to one of my sons. I get why a long knife such as the classic Military was tip down as one's thumb is perfectly placed for deployment when extracted from pocket, but the tip-up, compression lock version is different in a kinda cool way too. I'll probably end up with another and would love to see a fluted full-Ti compression lock M2 similar to my original which would complement my other Para 2 with fluted Ti RGT scales. Alternatively, maybe Rip will come out with some M2 scales to scratch that itch. One can only hope....
