I grabbed another knife from that same section of the American mid-tech drawer today and pocketed this Gerrry McGinnis ProLine Valve in CPM154. I stuck it IWB in b-ball shorts and got in some cardio laps before it got too late and too hot this morning. We had the AC mostly off yesterday after the preceding night was a bit cooler, but had all three units fired up again by evening as last night and today promised to return to what's been a run of hot-for-the-Cape status.
I popped into the wood shop for a bit around mid-day to fool with the awning standoffs I'd made a couple days back. It's always cool in the building's lower level as it's largely 3/4 below grade plus I run a window AC unit on "dry" there to keep the condensation at bay. I spent a little time correcting a bit of screw-jacking in those built-up pieces and managed a few knife pics along the way.
Speaking of "cool", I remember this knife arriving after an Exchange purchase in July of 2000 from an Alaskan BF member and noting that it still felt cold to the touch when I pulled it from its padded zippered case that came within a very well-stuffed box.
