Thank you, sir. I always wanted an American made Sharpfinger & this one doesn't disappoint. American Made Schrade was known as high end when I was a kid lol. It's still great though!

Sharpened up this little blade in REX 121 today (that was a minor adventure in itself) so guess I'd better put it in my pocket. Also being carried but not pictured is my Stretch 2 in K390, a much more friendly tool steel.

Screaming deal on this little guy over Labor Day. I couldn't say no. Great design and a lot of unexpected small details for the price point.

Sundays around my house are for getting sh!t done…washed the little dog, vacuumed the house, cut the lawn, stropped a few blades and made myself a couple of filthy martinis. Too nice out to sit inside. Blue Cheese and pimento stuffed olives.

Schrades were the primary brand around when I was a kid where I grew up. The shape lends itself to being a great skinning blade.

Bad air quality from wildfire smoke kept me from venturing too far out this weekend, but I did manage gathering the fig harvest today. Started with a Manix and Victorinox Mate, then switched to the WineMaster, Launch, and a classic.
