I'm being talked out of my EDC....a guy at work who nabbed a chef's knife from me last year in a charity benefit I did last year, thinks I can just "Whip up" a matching pairing knife just a couple weeks before Christmas, for another gift for his wife...... Haha. :/

I told him the best I could do is offer up my Non-matching mesquite handled EDC. it's sorta like a pairing knife?


I'm still a little reluctant, as I made it for Myself, and it makes me think that a maker really doesn't Own anything....."what we can touch is just temporary" or something like that. Idk?

-So that leaves me going back to my older one. It's Good D2, but handle heavy, and I drop it Alot.
