Woody, I don't know what procedure you're having done, but I had my total hip replacement back in 2018, the results were absolutely great, and it gave me relief from the all the pain and all my mobility back. The first week after was mostly just getting over the pain from the incision, but I could walk unassisted in the second week. The day of or after surgery they get you up and moving and it's pretty horrifying, but that passes rather quickly. Embrace the rehab and follow through all the way through with it. All the best for a full and speedy recovery!

Best wishes for your hip replacement and a speedy recovery. For what it’s worth, my hip replacement was a breeze. I was walking without a walker or cane by day 3 and driving by day 5. No post-op pain whatsoever and one of the best decisions I ever made. Gonna need to have my right hip done at some point, and when that day comes I won’t hesitate for a minute.

Now my knee replacement 15 years ago…..that’s an entirely different story, but I’ll save that one for another time, lol.

Seriously, good luck….you’ll be happy ya’ did it.

Please tell me I’m not the only one that gets tired of putting decorations up and down all damn year!? I love my wife to death but she decorates the house for literally every single holiday! She looked at me like I had 3 heads when I took this pic 🤣

Definitely not alone — every year I try to convince my wife to leave each season’s decorations up longer so I feel like the work was worth it before I take them down 🤨.
