Same here, would definitely buy a kther in a different steel. I had been waiting on the no-choil Shaman since the Shaman came out though and had to jump when the dlc went down to $165

TRM had Mike Irie do a special drop of hollow grinds. They are crazy sharp. By far the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned. A fella could definitely do open-heart surgery with this thing.

That's saying something. I've found that TRM's are very sharp out of the box without a special touch. Nice a nice looking knife!

Among the many in my Russian knife drawer, I've got two Shirogorov F95's and two Cheburcov Scouts, those two models having considerable similarity in size, shape, and function. On the other hand, each of those four are quite individually different from the others in features, blade materials, milling, and finishes. Today moving from my nudist Cheb Scout with its Zladinox Dama blade, flame ano'd backspacer, Timascus clip, and extensive internal milling to my Shiro F95T with it's M390 blade, open back, extensive exterior milling, and otherwise plain Ti finishes throughout makes for a case of "same only different" carry.

( I just received a plane ol' , plane ol' Griptilian with clip blade but I am so pleased with it over my only other full size grip that has the old M390 drop point blade .
