EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Inspired by 1346wildcat 1346wildcat 's Presidents' Day post, I got one of my SHF's out yesterday to pair with my recently acquired Arius, which alone is an inspiring addition to my accumulation of knives. Actually I switched up later this morning to my work-user all-stonewashed S35VN Spartan as I keep the custom spec'd and fabricated knife in the photo a bit nicer, at least for now, and was dealing with cleaning out the wood burner and bringing in some fuel for it this morning and didn't want to scuff it up banging around.

Yesterday I slayed a fair number of substantial corrugated boxes with the Koenig and was pleased at how its 4 mm, broad, high hollow-ground blade flew through that material. Several more days will likely pass before the Arius gets set aside in favor of another blade carried solo.

Honored to give inspiration. Fantastic knives, I’ve got a regular and a mini version of the Arius. Get a lot of enjoyment out of them and the 4” SHF.

Looks like a fun snow relocating machine.

Brother please tell me about the fixed blade
You got it My Friend 👍🏻👊🏻
They are Off Grid knives and they have a variety of fixed blades and folders.Very reasonably priced and well made. I highly recommend them and it came with a polymer sheath that fits perfect. No rattle and snaps right out effortlessly.

New arrival Hinderer Project X sliding in the pocket tonight. I’m an old school XM 18 lover and although when released the project x peaked my interest but I always bought another xm 18 instead when had the choice . Well finally was able to score one in the exact combo I wanted from a dealer. Normally they sold out faster than I could get one and or hesitated and lost . Almost did the same with this one lol had it in and out of my cart that night and finally pulled the trigger. Glad I did because the next morning they were sold out .
Anyway love the feeling in hand and the flipper is much more comfortable for me . The break down tool as backspacer definitely gets the cool factor. Love the pattern on the ti feels great. For sure it’s early in the honeymoon but my initial impressions I like it more then my the XM 18 . Haven’t looked at the specs but I swear it feels lighter”could be wrong” but for sure it carry’s better in the pocket for me and slides in and out nicely. Also like the longer and wider cutting blade. Feels thinner behind the edge to me . Very happy with this one 👍🏻👊🏻
Glad I finally made the switch
