Took the 1911 to the range yesterday and put 200 rounds through it. That brings the total round count to 1,100, with over 1,000 flawless rounds (small break in period with the first few magazines) with various ammo types.

I am now officially declaring it "good to go" for carry.

Love that blade on your Hudson, my friend--just gorgeous! Seeing yours made get up and get mine out to fondle and flip a few times. I've got the Light model with a full CF show side and M390 blade. It's a really great knife that I should carry more, but there's a lot of competition for time with all I've managed to accumulate.

Thanks neighbor! It's one of my favorite flippers and gave it a workout yesterday. Very additive ! I remember seeing one of your Cherburkov's (it had crimson scales, as I recall) at the beginning of the Pandemic which was the bug that had me search one out. I picked up a Scout , this Hudson and a smaller ultra lite CF model. Alex's shop makes great knives!
