Fancy Friday! Checking out this extremely generous gift from the Christy Knife Company, a Pre-1960's 24k plated filigree "Aristocrat" from their archive!

Responding to Wowbagger this morning in a post regarding backspacers and standoffs, I mentioned that I'd modded my Crooked River, among others, to open back which got that knife out and into my pocket this morning.







I'm good with the orange pivot collar on the knife, but never cared for the orange G10 backspacer. It always looked cheap to me but then YMMV.

Strange not having a pocket clip showing on my jeans.

I’ve decided the best thing about a pocket clip is it keeps one knife out of the way of the other knife in the bottom of the same pocket.

Went for a walk to the park down the street after work yesterday. I'm super blessed to have this cool little spot so close. Had these 2 folders on me and then grabbed the Civivi fixed blade from under the seat in my truck to carry on my stroll.
