EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Still love those giant knives. 🤣😂😅

Good morning BF!!
The rain started last night on the front range here in Colorado...and looks very likely that it'll continue through Sunday afternoon.

This is about 80% of my knife collection & only about 10% of my misc. hardware, minus others that I have all over the place, including my Truck, my brides car, the garage, our bedroom and my office....& I'm sure multiple other spots. 🤣 (This gives me a reason to gather the whole collection for a reunion!)

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Going to be an interesting episode of hoarders!
They will bring in some expert that will state for the camera "we might be able to get as much as $50 per knife!"🤣🤣😁

Great collection mate.

I had errands to run uptown this afternoon--the PO first to pick up my new lanyard bead, the dump, the drug store, and then just a few items from the grocery store. I was gonna tie up a tail on the new Cheburkov and post pics of that when I got home, but it took me so long to air up the truck tires and get all the trash together that I missed the PO (only open 11-1 on Saturdays) and there's no bead, no new tail, and no fresh pics of the Cheburkov. Got lots of leftovers from earlier, though...

STOP IT! Every time you post one of these PF “bargain knives” I immediately look it up and hit “buy now”. You sir, are a bad influence. 😁.

(2.4oz.? Can’t wait till this one’s delivered. Thanks for the “heads-up”.)

You are welcome! This one caught me by surprise and I hit "buy it now" like The Flash. This is technically the third version of this knife and they went in on all sorts of handle materials this time. I've had the original in 12C27 for years, since before Petrified Fish was really known in the west. I came across them after liking some budget OEM stuff they were doing and caught the debut for the PF719. It was my first branded knife from them. I'll carry both of them for a side-by-side shot sometime in the next few days.

Being clipless changes how I carry these. The original has mostly seen "cardigan pocket carry" as it is the exact length of the pocket. So it'll be a fun two-pocket carry while it's still cardigan weather. 😜

That is a relaxing looking spot. Your spring appears to have arrived. Ours is just starting. The last photo makes me want to cast a jitter bug and slow retrieve it.
The knives look great too
Yeah man, it's a nice little spot for sure. Unfortunately the body of water is just a man-made pond with a small creek feeding it, so it really doesn't have any fish to speak of (as far as fishermen are concerned), however I've definitely been feeling the fishing bug lately!

Yeah spring really became noticeable about 2 weeks ago here with the grass turning green and the early trees (like Cherries) and a few bushes getting fresh new growth. The decidious trees haven't quite started getting their leaves yet, but they're getting close. Driving under the tunnel of trees with their fresh vibrant light green new growth is one of my favorite times of the year!

That is a fantastic looking fixed blade, Dylan. I like it.
Maker and overall length, please and thank you? 😎

Thank you, my friend. That is made by John ( Redmeadow Knives Redmeadow Knives ) on his Scout pattern. I suggested putting a Lambsfoot blade on it and he entertained my request.

It's forged 52100 and is about 7.5" OAL.

Sounds about perfect. I like the curved sheath as well.
That has to be quite the joy to have tagging along with a folder.
Thank you, Dylan. John does some nice work.
