I don’t have any pictures, and am not in a spot where I can take any at the moment, but yeah, that’s pretty much what it looks like.
As far as cant, there’s usually enough room around the clip and belt to tilt forward as needed when drawing or sitting, but I don’t personally mind vertical ride… and I’m not as svelt as you. I will say slimmer, flatter handled knives tend to ride more comfortably for me IWB, though, and I’m not trying to IWB any monster camp or hunting style knives. The CS SRK is about as big as I’ll go in that method, but it’s a straight and fairly narrow profile for its size. That said, I probably could make it work if I really wanted to. Current favorites are the CS Kobun (which I recently rediscovered after several years and am really enjoying carrying that way), and things like the Civivi Tamashii, Tops Bootlegger, or other similar, more slender options.
Additionally, I’m used to carrying all manner of things on my belt line as someone who’s worn a duty belt for nearly 20 years. However, a recent uniform change to an outer carrier took a lot off the hips and moved it up onto the torso.
