  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

This is the June 24 carry, updated because I remembered, hey, I've got this OG large Voyager ... wonder what the weight's like compared to the SR1 "Lite." Turns out that's 3.6oz vs 6.8oz, at least according to my scale. Or, in my simpleton math: Hey! Three ounces is lighter than six by half!

They Forgot my fork so, this was used :p

So, I saw our friend's typically great knife and carry pic above with his handsome Charger a while back and thought "hey, I can do that," but after a few snaps and proofs I soon realized it'd take me sitting or kneeling on the ground to get that angle with my phone. That posture's not s huge problem, but getting up after, well not so much. After many failed tries sitting in a chair with my phone propped on the ground, I finally settled on this one of many shot sitting in the chair with knife on knee. It's only posted here to demonstrate my futility.

All I can say is I bow to the Master and should have stayed in my lane with maybe something like this...

..and more of my usual.

Installing this dang water heater as it seems everything is breaking down at the house. Both garage door units went kaput too. The joys of home ownership I guess. Sure puts a kink in my knife buying when you drop $1100 on a water heater tank.

Well first time I had a nice knife on me and didn’t go find my $10 knife to use. The McNees worked great and got to cut some metal wrap on the exhaust pipe.
