It took a minute for that to register, but yeah, quite like the Ship of Theseus. Nice pun and classical reference.

I used to think of my stereo system like that, having changed it a component at a time over the years. That's now a number of times over for each upgraded component with a number added to expand its performance, like more speakers (surrounds, center, sub-woofer) or functionality (cassette players which are now gone, CD players, power cleaners and supplies, phono pre-amp) and expanded with an AV receiver, router, and smart TV to become a home entertainment system. It's a long way from the cigar-box-sized solid state amp, two 12x12 two-way speakers, and Garrard record changer with ceramic cartridge I bought in the '60's for a hundred bucks.

Back on topic, the Grip of Theseus may have a different hull shell and weaponry, but still has the same skeleton and propulsion system.

The action on mine are very similar. That smooth hydraulic feel that you get with well tuned bushings, and they both respond well to either slow-rolling, or thumbflicking. You won't be disappointed, Les George is entirely on par with CRK as far as action on a folder goes. Simply excellent.
