EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Welcome to the forum! That Gerber multitool is the best generation of them in my opinion. I have several Gerber multitools from different periods and that is the best. I got one from my grandpa.
I appreciate the welcome , still trying to find my way around here . I've had that Gerber for many years and I seem to gravitate towards the vintage stuff but I like modern knives too , what ever speaks to me .

Today I'm carrying my Spyderco Shaman on this glorious Saturday afternoon.

Put some Skiff bearings in my Socom Elite yesterday. This thing is pretty sweet inside, I really like the way that they constructed it. Figured I'd show you guys the insides.

It made it a lot smoother! I wasn't super happy with the original action on it, so I figured I'd spring for some Skiffs, I'm glad I did.

Marfione has entered the chat and will deny your warranty claims going forward 😁😜😂

It's really just coincidence, but seeing S sv4 's "Serrations Saturday" post earlier brought a wry smile as the final day of Griptilathon called for me to carry my 551SBK with OD canvas Micarta Igorded scales. While the four sets of Wilkins scales completely transform those Grips of mine that wear them, the Igordeds might be better described as improvements as they provide the same basic shape as the factory handle but add better (IMHO) materials and provide for open back construction.

While I'm not real big on serrated blades, the combo configuration can come in real handy in certain circumstances. This one was a regular work user for some time and those sharp blade teeth were certainly handy for cutting straps and other tough materials.

This was my first Griptilian, bought back in the early teens as a birthday self-present at a feed & grain supply/outdoor outfitter in a nearby town during a summer stay at our Vermont camp. This was also my first set of aftermarket scales, having found them and Igor over at the big auction site.
