Spent the day in Yellowstone with the daughter yesterday (she's visiting for two weeks).

Not a lot of wildlife, but plenty of tourists (last weekend of the season).

Everybody is waiting for Old Faithful (erupts every 1.5 - 2h):

Great Yellowstone scenes ferider Love the bison. And interesting to see an owl out in the open in broad daylight like that.

My first time in Yellowstone was 1980. Family trip. . 14 of us ....I was 10......Old faithful went off every hour at.that.point......Was back in 88 after the fires snow mobilling... Same wait. Back in summer and winter 96 again and after a bunch of decent earthquakes it had gone to 80-90 minutes..........

Hell of a place...........

Been to Glacier yet???

Not yet. Once we are settled, we plan on taking our airstream around country .... so many things I haven't seen yet. Glacier is definitely on the list.
