Usual carry

This thing pitched a shutout this week. Every day in the pocket. A rarity in this house. Com-Seven. Magnacut Mini-Commander / CQC-7 hybrid that I imagined when I was drunk ten years ago and for some reason Ernie actually made them this year. I didn't even tell him about it. Either way, it's making a run at my favorite carry Emerson. Neutral handle shape and that recurve belly makes short work of everything it touches. I went through a wave phase years back, and it's all coming back to me. The magnacut is just a cherry on top. Grab one if they still have them.

I had three more Spydies left in that first level of their storage to exhaust (so as not to lose track of my consecutive days' carries), but all those knives are on the larger size with tool steel blades and maybe not the best sweaty IWB candidates for today's morning walk. I went back to my Sage collection, dropping back from the previously carried #2 Chris Reeve frame lock tribute to the #1 Michael Walker liner lock dedication, which also works nicely for Carbon Fiber Friday. I'll get back to the K390 Police, CruCarta Military 2, and REX45 Spydie Chief, maybe over the weekend, to close out that first level of knives for my Sept/Oct late-comer Spydathon.
