And what's in the pot(горшочке)? A pot is a cooking method. In Russia, they're typically used to cook stewed pork with potatoes, carrots, and herbs. Or solyanka—a soup with beef, smoked sausages, potatoes, sauerkraut, tomato paste, and pickles.
