In other news, today was a bad day for this delivery driver. He hooked a pipe that housed a 7200 volt line causing an outage. Hope he wasn’t delivering a nice knife !

I dig how many plants you have in your place. Also, I haven't checked out the last season of Stranger Things yet. My brain figures that if I don't watch it, then it's not really over. Also also, nice knife!

Thank you. My wifey has it looking like a gypsy jungle hut around this joint. 😂 I just finished episode 3 and I’m feeling that sense of impending finality also.

😂😂😂Very true, my brother. In all seriousness, I am a Journerman (power) Lineman. My current classification is “Troubleman” which should come as no surprise, considering how I behave.

Besides avid collecting of beautiful knives and axes, how do you make your singles ?

My little brother and I played with the knife for a bit and then I stuck it in my overalls pocket. Couldn’t stop fidgeting with it though and I accidentally pushed the button and wedged my thumb between the handle, blade, and wear the tip was stuck in the denim.

I couldn’t get my bleeding hand out and went to ask Mom for help. SHE WAS PISSED !!!

This was the beginning of my unhealthy love for all things sharp and shiny ….and the reason I carry right hand tip up and out. 🤔 The story never gets old in my family, Mom is still pissed at Dad, and they think I’m weird for loving knives so much.

Guess what they’re all getting for Christmas !?! 🤣🤣🤣

Your story reminds my of my similar tail.
When i was around four one of my older sisters friends stopped by with his Norton motorcycle and i was admiring it. Thought that the blued chrome on the exhaust where it exited the motor looked interesting so i thought it would be good reach out and touch.
Well i burnt my palm pretty good but i developed a lifelong fascination of anything on two wheels with a motor.
Funny enough my father wasn't too happy with this but my mother thought it was fine.
I was lucky enough that my folks doubled any money that i made with my paper route and odd jobs around the neighbourhood to support my motorcycle hobby.
Still riding to this day.
