My biggest problem with knives like these and spending that much on the auto version is that I use and carry my knives so I immediately lose money. First thing I do is use it to see if I like it I can't think of any other way to find out.
Most people would cringe at the thought of me carrying my vollotton to work I'm a carpenter and dust dirt debris and actual use mean it's not pretty for long lol. But that's exactly what I do with it and any other knife I get.

I sold.mine to cover Dr bill around 2014....Sad day... Missed it terribly.....2 weeks ago one showed up on my door step.......A gift.from a.forum friend........... Very generous peeps hereabouts!!!!

Thanks J ! Sadly, this last year kicked our tails so bad that I’m way behind on sheaths. I’m hoping to take a few new projects on in 2027.

Contrary to what our friend @sharp image image suggests, working the pole is the only way to make $. Sheath making is a hobby.

Miss gaffin up a.nice big tree and hours later its a stump!!!!......Fun times!!!?
