EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

A recent addition for me and I’m forcing myself to carry and like the Zaan, it’s going much better the 2nd time around! The main gripes my hand has with the knife are the thumbstuds sitting so close to the frame and the little protruding lock bar release tab hanging out there but after the last 2 weeks of carrying it I’m definitely getting a better appreciation for this knife and the tanto blade since I own so few of them.

The power is still out all over the region but we’ve pretty much got things mopped up in “my county”. I was waiting on a chopper to go inspect some downed lines over the mountains. Apparently, the job was reassigned and delayed……I’ll just go home and play with knives. Have a great weekend, all.

Dayyum! Is it your company that owns the helicopters and helicopter pilots? Or do they farm the work out? That's cool, I hadn't heard of that.

Nice. I have additional love for Hinderer S45VN blades now after seeing the hardness numbers in the other thread ....
What thread is that if you don't mind? I just skimmed through the last 5 pages of the "Lets see some Hinderer Action" thread and didn't see anything about Rockwell Hardness test numbers. You got me curious.

Here are the Hinderers they tested:

Oh ok, sweet thank you. I actually am aware of that list. He's a good dude, posts on Reddit a lot. I liked seeing that S45Vn number too. He really knows what he's doing too and does it in his place of business that is super legitimate.

I always try to have any HRC numbers saved and wanted to see if there was something that I wasn't aware of. Thanks my friend!
