No argument there. You've pretty much gotta have one in our Vermont neighborhood, that being about a square mile in our neck of the woods, though that's just a 5-minute Ranger ride on the dirt/gravel roads or through the woods and fields up there. Mine's a 2005 that we've had for 15 years and there are three other green ones just like it, older by a year or so with solid rear axles instead of split like mine. One was owned by someone just across the way then sold to another neighbor when she moved back to Ohio, the latter also having an upgraded red one of the same vintage.

Our rural town allows registered and insured ATVs and side-by-sides on all 50 miles of unpaved roads and no one much cares if you're on the 12 miles of paved as long as you're not driving like an A-hole. It's pretty much how we all get around our areas as well as taking care things on property except for tractor work.

Here's mine with the splitter we added to our VT equipment to go along with tow-behind 48" twin Yamaha powered field mower/brush hog and our logging arch.
