We have 40 plus total state parks with 17 of them having full service dining. I’m the director of foodservices for the Dept. of Parks.

I am blessed. I started with Parks 25 years ago as a cook. After 6 years, I went out into the world to find whatever it is we search for. Executive Chef, District Manager, Director, Consultant, GM, Head Cook and Bottle Washer, College Graduate at 35, you get the drift….then Parks called me back and offered me the job I’d waited for and was built for. Actually, to say I’m blessed is an understatement. I get to work with people I’ve had 25 year long relationships that are family.
