Thank you! Been a fun projectCool photo and even better combo. Nice!![]()
Looks great! Love how many emitters Simon offers for each model. Very easy to end up with 3-4 of each flashlight!I love the T3, I have the same but in stonewash ti+copper. I had owned a couple Olights for a long time but never really carried them, I finally decided to try a Pineapple Mini and was so impressed with how much better the lighting experience was(with the more natural light provided by Nichia 519a 4000k, vs the super white/blue Olight emitters), that I had to find something in a bigger AA size. I recently bought and started wearing daily some pants with a dedicated pocket for the light, so I found my way to the T3 and got the same emitter, it’s amazing! Carry it every day, use it all the time. Totally underestimated how handy it is to have a quality light with me at all time

The clear coat on the copper is finally starting to flake off so it can patina. I might use something abrasive to finish it off, natural copper patina looks awesome

agreed, I'm patiently waiting for Hinderer Eklipse copper hardware to come back in stock because it would look so nice on one of my Eklipse's, especially once patina'd. I have a Kizer with copper bolsters that looks great, I've never noticed any sort of smell or anything like that. I have some brass Hinderer hardware that I did a forced patina on but it just doesn't hit like copper does, it's too light in my opinion. Copper has that deep, rich gold color, brass is more bright. The patina is the best part of a copper or brass flashlight! You’re not buying it for it’s weight savings.

Yeah, thank God for that! Thanks, it was just a cool place I found as I was driving and stopped to get a little nature for a few.Glad it was a simple fix. Looks like a great area to unwind.
Have a great weekend
Wow! That's waaay more impressive than where my thesis defense took place (college classroom with cinder block walls, folding six-foot table, folding metal chairs). Congrats to them and you.Thank you!
All my students got top marks! I consider that a victory!
Here are a few photos of the Academy of Arts, where the defense took place.

In the central hall, as always, I walked past the Pergamon Altar. An exact life-size replica.

Can’t show too many pics of that knife. Please keep sharing!First off, apologies for the excessive pics. In my defense, I missed a day or two so I’m just making up for it.
Anyway, I spent the weekend with some “pocket carry” that works well for the hot weather and my penchant for cargo shorts and tees.
For those familiar with it, the BG 2.0 does away with the need for AIWB. Not always the best option, but I love having the ability to casually slip it in a pocket for quick outings and dog walks. It’s a recent addition that I’m really enjoying.
On the knife front, the production version of Keanison’s “Basset Hound” is an equally concealable pocket option. Light, small and capable….it just disappears in the pocket. A pleasure to carry.

On a side note, while walking my little pup “Echo” last evening I decided to get a few knife pics on the bank of one of the many lakes in our community. Not sure how we both missed it, but as we made our way down the bank a 6-7 ft gater sprinted into the lake about 15 feet to our left. No real threat as they remove the gators when they reach about 10 feet in length…but it would’ve made a cool backdrop to the pics. And yeah, gated golfing communities in SWFL can be dangerous places too
Anyway, hope all the dads had a wonderful Father’s Day yesterday! Mine was pretty laid back and peaceful….just the way I like it.

These are good people. Very talented artists..I died laughing when I saw this episode of VICE. When the guy started talking about having seniority out there...
