Love this story! There's a little bit of a story to go with today's carry. Quite a few years back, my wife and I were hanging around the hospital waiting to see the anesthesiologist prior to my hip surgery. I had wanted an Arius for some time and had a tentative deal lined up to trade my drawer queen pre-Idaho Bocote large 21 for one at a time when I was rolling over quite a few knives. She knew that Sebenza well and was quite fond of it. When I showed her a pic of the Koenig she looked at me with that combo sad/emphatic face and basically put the kibosh on that deal.
I was actually kinda glad of it as I did (and do) love that CRK, so I kept on the look-out for a good deal on an Arius, though I wanted to pay neither new nor the inflated aftermarket prices that those knives were going for. Finally, early last year I stumbled onto a great Exchange deal on one that had everything I wanted and jumped right on it.
Now, everytime I pocket my Arius I think about that Bocote beauty that's still in the drawer and often get it out to fondle and admire. I figured today was good time for some side-by-side pics....

BTW, those knives are sitting on the slip the Koenig is stored in as that 21 came in the nicest, best colored, and softest CRK slip of all those I have for every one of my Chris Reeve knives and didn't want to set it down on an old wet sawhorse.
