Nice! Mine shipped out today and is in route. we must think alike as i am debating what to do with my ebony wood Elementum now haha! I may do a scale swap but i dont care for how the stock scales are cut out around the lanyard hole so I was also thinking of maybe some custom micarta w lanyard delete as that would really clean up the look. I may even try my hand at making some since its a pretty easy pattern. Hows the stock CF laminate scales? probably just like their other models CF im guessing? I really like civivis raindrop pattern (previously only on the mckenna) so I jumped when i saw the dealer email. I dig Civivis in general, owning several models, and their damascus blades are a steal!

Honestly I don't care much for the cf laminate (unlike spyderco's which I like). I wish they had either done a good carbon fiber or just left it alone with plain g-10, but micarta sounds best to me..... I would like the lanyard delete as well.
