Anodized and shortened the flipper on the Advocate.

Nice! Been thinking about bobbing the flipper tab on mine too. How well does it flip now? If it's not too much trouble can you post a photo with the Advocate in the closed position showing the bobbed tab?

Large Cold Steel Voyager with the Snaggletooth opener. I didn't like the small screw and thumb stud that came with it so I went to the hardware store and came up with this, seems to work well so far.

Hit the trap range today, we moved the lines out to 20 yards and turned on wobble so it was throwing high and low..... Fun day got a 24/25



Now I'm home and cleaned the A400 chillin with my Puppy, deciding if I should have a beer here or go grab some wings and a beer instead.

My Putman scales didn't work out for me. The pivot hole was counterbored too deep and I can't tighten up the blade. Was yours like that?

My red g10 putman scales had the same problem, so I filed down the female side of the pivot a little and it worked great I also replaced small pb washers with new ones the same thickness but larger diameter and wow what a difference in blade stability.
