EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Is that a nut-driver/ratchet extension combo? I've not seen one of those--very cool.:cool::thumbsup:

That right there is one of the best tools I own for working on vehicles. 1/4 driver with a 1/4 socket on the back. That shorty ratchet lives on the back even in the tool box because the are perfect together... Break free and spin away, spin tight and give it the final muscle.

I stole the idea from my dad, and had a hell of a time trying to find one for myself mostly because I didn't know what to call it. He has some old clear yellow one that I couldn't find. The one in my pic is the Armstrong 10-943.

Just added a bronze SW one hole filler tab and lockbar tab to match my Antiqued pocket clip on the Skinny.
Took a gamble and couldn’t be happier:thumbsup:

Thanks, brother. Just did a quick Google and found most places out-of-stock but grabbed the last one off the Big River Site for 11 bucks. I've got a quarter-inch drive set in one of my two mechanic's tool boxes with both a ratchet and nut-driver in the case and the Armstrong will replace the regular driver.

Carrying a VG10 PE S/S Police 2 that got kicked to the bottom of my collection because I just received another VG10 PE Gen 2 that has both the Spyderco "bug" and the word "Police" etched on the blade.

For some reason, this one didn't have the bug on it and that always "bugged" me. Anyway, I now have a "matched" 3 knife set of Gen2 VG10 Police S/S knives w/both the Spyderco bug and the word "Police" etched on the blades. :)

Think I'll keep and carry this one instead of selling it but I may change my mind about that. If anyone's interested in it, send me a PM.

Actually this is the version of the SS Police that I have always preferred. Without the additional holes in the handles for the alternate clip positions. It just looks so much "cleaner".

Killer combo. Is that a coating or some kind of acid etch on the chef’s blade? I’d guess a coating since it’s LC200N. Badass!

I think it's just in shadow. The blade's leaning away from the light source so the bevel and etches are catching the light rather than the main flat of the blade.
