EDC'in a fixed blade?

Been looking at fixed blades for pocket carry too. So far I`ve narrowed it down to the BRK City knife, BRK Pocket Bravo, BRK mikro Canadian or the ESEE Candiru. Or get a custom built :D

I finally got me an ESEE Izula and today will be my first day carrying it. I'm going to order a set of the micarta scales for this little beast.

Paul Moore BOB everyday at 11 o'clock. Just got a ESEE Candiru today with a custom sheath. Was just playing around with the Candiru at 1 o'clock. Can be worn 11 o'clock no problem.

We as men, totally love the crotch shot! hahaha! I hadn't carried two since a while ago. I do while hunting. One for skinning and processing, and one to destroy new growths in the paths and lanes.

i carry a boker rhino or a kershaw mini-skinner edc, i go for the boker in the office because of the stag handles, looks nice and people often ask to check it out,i'd like to think the non-aggressive tip also settles them a bit, I've been open carrying fixed blades for about 10 years now and have yet to be hassled, i walk right into banks ,pubs and all of the rest and haven't had an issue, if i'm worried bout it i carry it above my back pocket and the blade often falls into my pocket and my shirt covers the handle....but then again i live in the country and only work in the city for the most part, but still i'd like to think it has more to do with how you carry yourself than where you are* ...

*local laws and regulation apply
**be sure to read the exemptions
lol

i front pocket EDC my izula2. Everyday, no exceptions, it's my go to knife for big and small chores. It's sheeple-friendly enough that i dont ever get comments (of course this is SC im talking about) or glares really. I dunno, i just prefer small fixed blades for edc.

that why i love living in the south
i EDC my new Izula with my benchmade full Griptiliain

Esee Izula with the micarta scales in my hip pocket everyday.

I find it handier than a traditional folder in the pocket.

I, too, love the south! I carried my BK2 and my Izula yesterday and today. Funny looks, none!

I like my BK 11 or 24 horizontal just to the right of the buckle. I am working on a design that is a little smaller so it can be carried more.

I carry an Amsler Knives VAL that I have carried every day since it's arrival!!

I do not blame you.I would carry that everyday too.

I carry a fixed blade almost everyday I rotate between 6. A BK14,2 Daniel Fairly cutoms and 3 of my own making.I have developed a carry system that works very well for me.I make a kydex sheath and install a Ti split ring on the tip end of the sheath,so the handle hangs down.I use a S clip to hook the sheath to my beltloop.Like this.

The cheese grater was a joke.

Oh no! A tactical cheese grater assault weapon! haha No kidding, that would be a hardcore defense mechanism. That would mess up a face pretty good.

I occasionally carry this or a BK14, but I find folders more convenient for most stuff.

I carry an Izula. Sometimes clipped on my pocket with the sheath inside my pocket. Sometimes on my belt at various positions. If I plan on sitting at all, I find it more comfortable clipped to my pocket.

Depending where I'm going I wear one of a few fixed blades. Outdoors around my rural home it's the BK2 vertical on my right hip in it's kydex sheath w/TekLok. If wanting to go with a more genteel look I'll wear the 2.65" Boker PSK in it's kydex sheath/TekLok just to the left of my belt buckle horizontally. Or now my newest companion will be a BK14 horizontal on the belt next to the buckle. It's always one of these three fixed blades worn on the belt.
