Do you find the Military fairly quick to deploy? Or does it take some practice to open fast with one hand?

Anytime you are dealing with drawing and deploying a sharp knife, it will take practice. So it is both, it's quick to deploy with practice.

As hard as it is to believe, it carries real well. I was actually surprised.
The difficult part is getting it out of your pocket without it "waving" open.
