Edge Holding Test - please try it at home . . .

You're talking apples and oranges if you're using a fully serrated Delica -- not that there's anything wrong with the edge holding of VG10. And, "shaving sharp?" Just how many bandaids do you need when testing a serrated edge for shaving ability?

Good to see someone enjoying the use of their custom knife. I have a Bill Burke folding pronghorn that I've been guilty of not using. :o
 
I thought, by 'se', FoM meant 'Straight edge' as in not serrated. I see now. Spyderedge.
