I have an excellent condition Edge Pro Apex 3, with the Small Knife Attachment, for sale for $180 paypal'ed and shipped, firm, conus only ($175 cash, in-person if you happen to be in the Boston, MA area). This kit cost about $260 new ($225 for the Apex 3, $25 for the Small Knife Attachment, and $10 for Shipping). I purchased it new directly from Edge Pro a few months ago and used it twice (sharpened about 6 knifes in those two sessions combined). It works great for an angled system, but I've committed myself to freehand sharpening.
The Apex 3 System contains everything pictured: carry case, instructional manual & DVD, base unit, guide rod, 120--1000 grit stones, honing rod, water bottle, extra suction cups, and cleaning cloth. The Small Knife Attachment is simply a smaller base that allows you to sharpen blades at or under 3" with greater ease and consistency.
