Edge Pro Apex Sharpening System $SOLD$ to Ludwig!
I've used the sharpener about 10 times. All stones have a lot of life left in them.
I've leveled the few that needed to be.
Five Chosera Waterstones: 400, 800, 1K, 5K, 10K.
The 400 grit Chosera stone has the most wear of the lot, with about 70% of the stone left.
Four Edge Pro Ceramic Stones: 220, 320, 400 x 2.
The 220 & 320 stones have been used very little. The two 400 grit stones are new/unused.
One Hand American Bark Tanned Leather Strop.
Purchased from Chef Knives To Go. Used a couple of times.
One CKTG 1 Micron Diamond Sharpening Plate.
Purchased from Chef Knives To Go. Used a couple of times.
This is a tape, similar to the EP tapes, mounted on an aluminum EP blank.
One Atoma 140 Diamond Plate.
This is a very aggressive stone, and the most expensive of the bunch!
Ideal for re-profiling, especially on tough steels. Used it on 3 knives.
Discoloration on some stones is from not being completely dry, after leveling/cleaning.
