Like the title says - looking for one of these two sharpening systems - i think i'd prefer the edge pro, but honestly, either one will be fine. i'm in canada, so you've got to be able to ship to me - of course we'll work out the shipping details in private. i'm not in a big hurry to get it, so a slower method that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is fine.
Definitely want a set that i can get a nice polish with, not just the basic of basic sets.
