Edge Pro-still strop?

I'm gonna order an Edge Pro Apex along with the extra stones, does anyone who owns this setup still strop their blades or do the ultrafine stone and polishing tapes finish off the blade as well or better?

Once you've hit the blade with the polishing tape you'll have a finished edge that's out of control. Using a strop at that point would be taking a step backwards. The $35 set of extra stones is definitely a good idea and you might as well get an extra pack of polishing tape while you're at it.
There's a bit of a learning curve to achieving perfection, but that's true with most systems anyway.

The fine polishing tape that comes with the Edge Pro gives a finish the equal of stropping on CrO loaded leather from what I have seen.

I have the Apex and stone upgrades. You will be really happy with them, just take your time when you are learning and read the instructions before you start.
