Good Morning, I have one of my utility kitchen models available. This model has a 5.5” blade and 3.75” handle, 3/32” at the spine and really thin hollow grind down to the edge. The blade is made from SF100 stainless steel from the UK, this is a steel very similar to Aeb-L. The removable handles are made from black Juma and that’s been polished and buffed. This is a great knife for small tasks and detail work in the kitchen. Available for $205 shipped in the US, thank you for looking.
