Hello Everyone, I’ve got one of my new 6.5” chef models available today made from Magnacut, it’s just under 3/32” at the spine and has a 6.5” blade and 4.5” handle. The blade is hollow ground with a satin finish and the handle is ultra rare vintage emerald micarta with thick black bands. You’ll likely see very little of this material in the future as I only have a few set of scales left and will be saving them for shows. The handles are removable for cleaning. Available for $450 plus shipping.
