Anybody ever use there mail in service ? Sent them a couple blades to sharpen got a pakage back today with someone elses knife just curios to see if anybody else has used them before havent been able to talk to anybody there yet not in the office till next wensday not bashing them at least not till i see what there gonna do Thanks Rich

So far not good supposed to be back in the office yesterday tried calling and e-mailing nothing yet . This is not good sent in a bowie and a folder got back a old kabar hope i hear something soon not realy sure what i can do if i dont hear anything

No its not you its a mail in sharpening service it looks like everything is straightend out talked to the owner friday and he accidentley sent my knife to the wrong customer should be getting my knives by wensday this place is in colorado like i said in my original post not bashing anybody . I know mistakes happen sorry edgemaster should have been more specific .
