Do any of you have a good technique for sharpening short folding knives on the EdgePro, Pro model? Its difficult to keep enough blade on the blade table and I seem to get a wide bevel, especially in the curve of the blade near the tip.
Thanks, HLB
My own experience with small blades is good because they do not need to be continually moved.
One tip I picked up from a member ( ? ) has worked well with small blades. I keep a small pea sized piece of play dough, plasticine, and use this to embed the blade onto the table. This stops the blade rocking.
This is only needed when the blade does not have a nice flat area to rest on the table.
Works well.
