I still have my EdgePro Apex sharpener up for sale but now it's new and improved because I dropped the price to $150. This has only been used once while watching the training video. Comes with all the stones 120, 220, 320 and 600 stones + 1000 and 3000 grit tapes and blanks. Includes water bottle, cloth, carry case, video, it's a full kit that only 2 of the stones have ever even seen water on them ( 220 & 320 ) and they are still like new. It's the best sharpener out there and according to EdgePro the Apex does just as good of a job as the pro but costs a lot less. Next and also left from a previous post is my Firestone Diamond sharpener. It may be an electric but it puts a very nice working edge on most any knife in under a minute and it's easy to use. If you don't like the time or trouble involved with hand sharpening this is a great way to keep a sharp edge on your knife almost trouble free.
