Edges on inside curves?

Hi everyone.
Out of curiousity, how would you go about getting a nice clean bevel and edge on an inside curve.
I've seen a few great looking knives with the edges on the inside of a curve and I realised that it must be fairly tricky.
Has any one got any experience with this, files or grinders, how is it done because I can't see it being easy?

Do you mean a recurve style blade?

Yeah just any type of blade with the edge to the inside of the curve.
I just thought that there might have been a trick or something to that kind of blade.
