Edible Wild Plants

Ive eaten Lambsquarter a lot as a youngster. Grandma called it wild spinach. Id pick it by the bucket fulls.

Unless you were raised "rural" in the area, and had a dad or grandad who taught you what to eat,and what to avoid, first hand, I'd say:

"Stick to animals."

Any North American critter with fur or feathers may be consumed.
'Course, I'd draw the line at skunks and buzzards. :)
