The huge pictures on my recent post are way too big! Sorry for that. Does anyone know how to shrink 'em?

Many of the picture hosting sites have an option to resize the picture before you post it (e.g. Photobucket, Flickr.com).

Download 'Image Resizer' from Microsoft free of charge. This small utility as part of XP Power Toys allows you to resize images on your hard drive with a right click. Choose small, medium, of large, or custom size. 'LARGE' isn't that big and just fills a normall screen, but at a small Kb count.
