Band is basically new. I have one, not a pair. No package, I uncoiled it and realized I had ordered the wrong size. Too late to exchange. Full length, great for band pull aparts, bow and arrow, rotator cuff work, a myriad of other uses (see Dick Hartzell's great Youtube vids on stretching and strengthening). $12 includes shipping USA, paypal accepted no fees.
