EGW knives

Today I purchased 2 EGW knives that have the saw back and what seems to be a bottle opener for $7, one has almost all of the stacked leather washers the other needs a complete handle, I know these were made around WWII my question is how collectable are these and should I do stacked leather handles or some hardwood handles.
