This is an 8 inch chef made from 1/16 inch ATS34, 2 inches spine to edge with a full flat grind.

Fork is AUS8, blank was purchased at Jantz.

Handle's are stabilized Buckeye Burl are Brass Corby Rivets/Pins.

Eight inch chef is 13 3/8 OAL with a 8 1/4 cutting edge.
