Has anyone received an order from this company? I saw the post about the blow out sale on the Camillus Heat, and had to bite. My concern is that I got a pop-up security warning that their security certificate was not valid, and I have not received notice from UPS that the knife has shipped. Maybe they are just backed up, but it would make me feel better if someone could tell me they have successfully received an order from this company. Thanks.

This is Smoky Mountain Knife works. I have no problem with their security certificate. Although I haven't ordered recently, I have ordered from them in the past many times and they are always reliable.

I've been a SMKW's customer for over twenty years (even prior to the web site). They are very reputable, however I don't think they send email messages confirming shipment. Usually if your credit card has been charged it's on the way.
You can always call them too , their CS is top notch....

In addition to their prompt shipping and good customer service, they often have the very lowest prices on name-brand knives. And some of their closeout prices are incredible bargains.

One downside, you have to wade through a lot of chinese crap to find something good in their catalogs.

I don't think you need to worry about your order.
