I have bought knives there a few times now and felt that I need to take the time to report to BF.

So, in the past year I have purchased around 60 knives, a few from eknives...Going forward eknives will always be my first stop. The selection and prices are phenomenal but more importantly (to me) is the excellent service. Clayton has helped my find out of stock knives. He also has been known to give a discount from time to time, assuming you show a little flexibility too. He responds to emails quickly and is super knowledgeable. Make this place your go-to shop, you won't be sorry.

I've made 4 purchases so far and he is my go to guy now. He's also close by, so UPS Ground always shows up the next day. I really don't know what I could recommend that he improve upon.

I just have one problem with Clayton - he keeps draining my bank account! :rolleyes:
 
I have only bought one knife from him. I had to return it. But you know what? the way he handled it was above and beyond my expectations. He cares and it shows. And while he didnt keep my money that time he ensured i would spend it with him at a later date. I dont like to mention specifics of a deal as i dont want people expecting things if they are not standard practice. But all i can say is he earns his customer loyalty.
 
I recently made a purchase from eKnives and required special shipping arrangements. Emailed Clayton and everything went very smoothly. Great product, great price, great communication, quick shipping. THANKS!
 
I have dealt with Clay on several knives and he is a no non since dealer. I have had nothing but great trades with Clay and if I have a problem he's taking care of it. I crew up not to far from where he is located and I can say,:thumbup: the people that live there are honest and hard working.
