Who's ordered the 2nd gen CPM20CV companion from indegogo? I can't wait for these knives, lets hope it gets funded so we can get these amazing knives produced!!!

As much as I like CPM20V, I can't justify buying one since I have the S35VN version, which I have thoroughly enjoyed having.

I don't think you are paying for the steel vs. the previous release, I think you are paying for the USA production

I guess my point was that I am happy with mine and really don't need two of them, even though I do like the idea of USA production vs. China.

My Companion is my favorite fixed blade. I would already have ordered the 2nd gen model if I wasn't a broke college student.

Yeah I know what you are saying, I like the s35vn one but I cannot get it anywhere!!!!! So it would be nice to get this funded plus it is made in the US

I don't like the idea of paying up front for something that might not be made. Last I checked, there was no way to get your money back either. Just the word of the maker. Maybe this has changed but one thing we constantly see when their is a problem with a custom maker is that the customer has paid in full up front.

Brian Evans' word can be trusted, and I'll go up to bat for it any time.

The gen 2 of the EKT companion is coming out and I know people that I know who want to buy are skeptical about not getting their money back, do you trust the indegogo?

3rd thread on this knife you have started. What gives?

I don't trust up front payment when the fine print says you don't get your money back.

Since this is not knife related, should probably go to Community Center. Or just use the thread you already have on the same knife from yesterday.

Ok, I apologize, I tried to delete them but I was unable to so I would like to forget about those other ones, sorry about that

Please stop this. I merged three of your threads here. You have four others . You are not entitled to half the front page. Any more of this, I will close them and let them fade into the sunset.

How do you expect coherent responses with questions all over the place? Start one thread and stay with it next time.

Ah, no. Definitely not paying up front for a knife to be made. All of the makers I've dealt with ask for funds once the knife is ready to be shipped to me. I am of the same mindset as Cray on this.
