Electrician blade on SAK?

Im just wondering, whats the use for it? I have not handled one with this option, so Im wondering whats its purpose? Im looking into buying either a Elechtrician(sp) or a Farmer.

It makes a fantastic box cutter which is what the majority of us use our knives for most of the time.:thumbup: If you decide on the Electrician, get the Electrician Plus because the saw is more than worth the difference in cost.

I love SAK. I built my entire science porject with a pair of pliers and the SAK spartan.

Exactly what I was going to say about getting the Electrician Plus. Very good advice.

The electrician blade's round shape is designed to cut the outer jacket of (round) electrical cable more easily. It's also less likely to damage the conductors inside. If you work with cable regularly as I do, it's worth owning such a blade.
