electro etch cleaner recipe??

I have been using a commercial etch cleaner to neutralize and clean my etches. I'd like to make my own, but I'm not sure of the ingredients. Sounds like a neutralizer, ie baking soda and water??

Any help appreciated.

Windex works.

Rinse with windex then clean water. The Ammonia is the neutralizer

For cleaning my stencils I use windex and rinse with water then pat dry. Windex for my etched blades too.
